Nate Ewert
Nate Ewert started fishing at an extremely young age. His first experience on a boat was as an infant laying in a clothes hamper on the annual family vacation. He has always enjoyed being on the water, fishing and the outdoors in general. He tries to keep life as simple as possible; Love, Faith and Fishing!
Nate enjoys all types of fishing; from general open water panfish and walleye fishing, to fly fishing, musky fishing and even saltwater fishing. However, his favorite is ice fishing, specifically for big crappies and bluegills! When not fishing, or working he spends his time building custom fishing rods. The past couple years Nate has pushed himself to learn and try new things. This includes trying new methods of fishing, painting his own crank baits and molding his own plastics. After molding plastics in the basement for a few years for family and friends Nate decided to start Northern Lights Plastics. |

Brad Olson
Brad Olson started fishing when he was 2 years old. Growing up right next to the river he would be found fishing with family and friends quite often. It is that early age of experiencing the great outdoors that fueled the passion for his love of the outdoors. Brad loves all types of fishing. Open water fishing for all species to ice fishing, fly fishing and salt water fishing. Brad's passion for the outdoors continues with his love for hunting and trapping. From chasing whitetail in the fall with his bow, to checking his trap lines in the fall and winter, to chasing turkeys in the spring. Brad loves the outdoors.
Brad is very passionate about getting others involved in the outdoors and especially the youth. Brad has had the opportunity to teach hundreds of children about fishing over the years with his Outdoor Education program he started in a couple local schools as well as some open water and ice fishing events geared for children and families. Working in the outdoor industry for 17 plus years was a perfect match where he helped others enjoy their time on the water or in the woods. Brad is happily married and has two young boys that share the same passion that he has for the outdoors. Brad met Nate Ewert and his family a few years back at a fishing resort and it is then that the friendship grew and with that came an opportunity to become a business owner in the outdoor industry when Nate asked Brad to join him. |
